In my attempts to be less complicated, I’m trying some dinners that doesn’t require too much tending of the stove.  Salad is super easy and there’s nothing more simple then baby spinach out of a bag with some chopped up veggies.  Drizzled with a bit of aged fig balsamic vinegar and it’s done.

I used a pre-mixed Moroccan spice blend on the chops before cooking it on a high temperature on the stove.  And the cubed butternut squash just went in the oven with some butter, tarragon, salt and pepper.

I gotta practice this more!
