mustard panko crumb chicken breast….

30 Sep

I don’t know why I love mustard so much as a marinade, it’s not fancy or really all that intricate but it always makes things taste so good!

Here is a simple recipe for baked chicken breast!

What you need!
3 chicken breasts
4 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3/4 cup panko crumbs

What to do!

1.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and mix up the marinade!  Add the mustard, mayo, salt and pepper to a little bowl and mix.

2.  Coat the chicken in the marinade and put it in a casserole dish.

3.  Sprinkle the panko crumbs on the top of the chicken.  I wouldn’t recommend coating the bottom with the crumbs because it’ll get soggy.

4.  Bake in the oven for 30-40min or until cooked (poke a thick part with a knife and if the juices run clear, you’re good).  Enjoy!
