bbq garlic brussel sprouts…

This recipe is super easy and basically a variation of my indoors brussel sprouts.  Bathed in olive oil and garlic, char broiled and then coated with parmesan cheese… are a treat in our house!

Here’s the recipe!

What you need!
1 lb brussel sprouts
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
olive oil
salt and pepper

What to do!

1.  Boil ’em up!  To make things go a little faster, boil your brussels for about 7 minutes before you grill them.

2.  Mince the garlic and add it to the brussel sprouts.  Drizzle some olive oil until well coated and sprinkle some salt and ground pepper in to taste.

3.  Fire it up!  Heat the grill to high and place the brussel sprouts on.  Cover and let it char!  Every few minutes you can brush the brussel sprouts with any olive oil/garlic mix still left in the bowl.  Grill them until they are blackened, this could take about 10-15 minutes while flipping them over.  Take the brussels off the grill and toss them with the parmesan cheese.  Delicious!
