What you need!
1 small kohlrabi
1 small jicama
3 medium carrots
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tsp sugar
What to do!
1. Grate away! Grate all the vegetables. The kohlrabi and jicama will have a lot of moisture so take a handful at a time and squeeze out the excess water.
2. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
3. Drizzle over coleslaw while tossing and voila! Instant coleslaw sans cabbage!
