two ingredient sauerkraut pork chops…

The easiest pork chop/loin recipe ever introduced to me.  So simple, it’s almost stupid.  Something about the sauerkraut keeps the pork tender and no other seasoning is needed to make a tasty protein meat dish.  Plus it’s also stupid cheap.

What you need!
1/2 large can of sauerkraut
4 pork chops or pork loins

What to do!

1.  Put your pork chops in a casserole dish.

2.  Spread the sauerkraut on the top of each pork chop and cover completely.

3.  Bake in your oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or more depending on how think your chops are.  So easy, a five your old can make it…enjoy!

Approx Costs:

pork loins  – $5.50
sauerkraut – $1.25

Total: $6.75 for 4 servings or $1.69 per person
