green beany madness with a side of beef…

An easy peasy dish served with rice that you can whip up in about 20 minutes.

What you need!
1 package of ground beef
1 lb green beans
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chili and Garlic sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1 teaspoon ground ginger or fresh minced
olive oil
cooked rice for 4-6

What to do!

1.  Marinate the meat!  Add the soy sauces, sugar, corn starch , ginger and 2tbsp of garlic chili sauce to ground beef and mix well.  Begin making your rice.

2.  Pluck off the ends of the green beans and wash.

3.  Splash a little bit of olive oil in a wok or big pan and on high heat, begin stir frying the beef.  Break up the beef if clumps occur.  Once the beef is almost cooked, toss in the green beans and cook until they turn bright green.  Add the last of the chili sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

4.  Serve over rice and enjoy!
